She too is a human being (dowry, domestic violence and other social evils)!!!!

She too is a human being!!!

A woman is the epitome of sacrifice, an idol of grace

Maker of home at every phase,

Then why she has to face such disgrace?

Kindness is the best jewel of a woman. She is the nurturer, she is the provider, and she is the sole sufferer. People say that karma repays, then why her kindness doesn't return to her? I feel she too is a human being, isn't she? Then, why did all the sufferings and pains happen to her alone? Why can't men protect women?  Are they only strong enough to show all their strength and might on her? Why she has to surrender to her husband?

Gone are the days when domestic violence was considered a trend among men. It was a way to show their power and might. However, the 21st century is no different. In the 21st century, women are even two steps ahead of men; contrastingly, there's a rising number of crimes against women in the world. Whether domestic abuse, dowry, molestation, or rape, we need to counter it. Have you not heard the cries of a woman on the street or even in your surroundings? Of course, it is hard to deny.

On the street, when Sarla moves, Gaurav and Mohit stare at her. They touch her. They pass unnecessary comments on her. She weeps all along the road, but nobody comes to help her. Don't we have our sense organs, or we have just shut them for we don't know her? What if this happened with our wives or sisters or our daughters? What had been our reaction then? When Sarla returned home, she narrated the whole incident to her mother. Her mother took her to another room and shut the door. She even scolded her for it was the fault of her clothes, "who asked you to step out in jeans." The next day she went out in a saree. It's been 11:30 P.M., and there is no clue of her. Those two boys are missing too. Her parents reported to the police station. The next day, at 7:30 A.M., her body is found on a highway. Her post-mortem report states that she had been a victim of rape and murder last night. What was the fault of this girl who even stepped out in a saree? Why she has to suffer it at all? Had her mother reported it earlier, this would not have happened to her.

In 2012, in the Nirbhaya gang-rape case, the whole nation stood by her. But the question is, why do we have to wait for a crime to happen? Why can't we stop it? Why not such cases turn down to nil? What is the barrier? What is the restriction? She is also a human being. She also has a right to survive. Her eyes are filled with tears. There are scratches all over her body. Her voice trembles as she speaks. Why? What is the reason? Did she not bring the demanded dowry? These things are more prevalent in South Asian countries and the Middle East. But why do women face such disgrace? I think these days, people don't marry; they conduct the business of trading grooms. Even the women of the house don't raise their voices against such heinous crimes. They are equal partners in crime. Indeed, brutality against women isn't cultural, and it is criminal. Equality can't come eventually, but we need to fight for it. It is the impetus why there are growing cases of female foeticide and female infanticide; and why the sex ratio has not improved much. Why do we consider a girl child as a burden? This whole world is a selfish trunk where we don't raise our voices when this is for the cause of women. Yes, of course, we are selfish. However, we must remember when the universe is still; even one accord becomes powerful. In India, we worship goddess Lakshmi for money; on the other hand, we also marry for money as we demand dowry in return. An impotent beggar indeed believes in begging for money, but a potent beggar believes in asking for dowry.

Despite various laws and legislations all over the world, the condition of women has not improved. So, who is responsible? Me, you, or the victim herself?  In my opinion, we must not blame anybody. Who is to be blamed is our mindset that we preach from the beginning that men are superior and woman is and should always be under their feet. Society, the people, and their thinking are liable for this. Society must undergo severe punishment when it comes to women. We keep girls confined in the four walls of the house. However, they are not safe even in their homes. So, tell me, isn't she a human being? Or is she born to face such cruelty? Accept her with love, educate her with care. Let her fly with all her might and reach the sky. Never kill the girlchild as she is the heart of the family. Do kill the crimes against them as it is a curse on humanity.

Indian Judicial System: The Bitter Truth

https://transformliving1.blogspot.com/2020/03/she-too-is-human-being_31.html Indian Judicial System: The Harsh Reality When people can get away with the  crimes  just because they are wealthy or have the right connections, the scales get away against fairness and equality. The weight of  corruption  becomes so heavy that it creates a dent that forces the world to become slanted, so much so- that  justice  just slips off. The above statement correctly suits the  Indian Judicial system  in the current scenario. Even after 75 years of independence, we live in a society where it is hard to get  justice for the poor . The people in power can get away with their  crimes , no matter how cruel it is.  Justice  isn't what people demand, but it is what they have the right to. What would the poor do of a stable government or a national survey, when it is not remedial for them? Is it what they must get, or is it what the government grants them? The current BJP (Modi) government has put many
